Generally speaking, unless there is a particular service you would like us to provide for you, such as; rebuild a computer, add a disk drive, replace a motherboard, remove a specific virus, etc., we may need to troubleshoot your PC first in order to give you an estimate of what it's going to take to repair your PC, your network, or your computer business system. Please contact us, as we may be able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone or via email.

Due to the complexity of business systems and networks, the unique software that they run, and their need for onsite service, business rates are typically higher.
