We are a home based startup company whose goal is to provide honest, quality IT Services at an affordable price. Our owner, Ken moved to the Grand Valley 3 years ago after a long 28 year career with GE Network Solutions in Melbourne, Florida.

Early in his career at GE, he was a computer Technician responsible for the Assembly, Troubleshooting and Repair of PC computers, Server Computers and Network equipment from companies such as Hewlett Packard, Dell, Sun Microsystems, IBM and Cisco Systems.

After earning an A.S. Degree in Information Technology and a Cisco CCNA certificate, he spent his last 8 years at GE as a Computer Systems Administrator responsible for the Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all Windows Operating Systems (Workstations and Servers), and UNIX servers running Sun Solaris and IBM AIX. He was responsible for the design and configuration of high availability redundant networks using Cisco Routers and Switches.
